Delivery Timeline

Delivery time includes two stages:

Processing Time:
Order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Most orders are prepared within 72 hours after payment is received.

Shipping Time:
Transit time from our warehouse to your destination.

• USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks

• Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks

• UK & Europe: 2–4 weeks

• Other Countries: 2–5 weeks

Shipping Insurance

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost once reasonable proof is provided (based on the shipping method and situation).

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive at different times due to inventory or warehouse locations.
